You will lead WWT sales efforts with FTSE100/Enterprise-level customers across all verticals. With support from our expert sales engineering team, you’ll build strong customer relationships, identify technical gaps, and deliver cutting-edge solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Modernization, Multicloud Architecture, Security Transformation, Gen AI, and Digital Strategy. Leverage the Advanced Technology Centre (https://www.wwt.com/atc) for briefings, training, workshops, demos, and POCs to deliver exceptional results for your customers.

Role Overview

This is a new business development role focused on acquiring new customers in the UK and Europe. You will:

  • Pursue new opportunities with a focus on winning initial deals, securing the right contractual arrangements, and transitioning customers to account teams for ongoing management.
  • Collaborate with global teams, leveraging proven processes to sell services, solutions, and products to new prospects.
  • Utilize WWT’s partner network and technical teams to deliver high-impact business cases and solutions.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to engage with prospective customers in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with key customer executives and decision-makers.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities, addressing customer pain points with tailored WWT solutions.
  • Maximize WWT resources and partnerships to craft compelling business cases that drive customer action.
  • Drive lead generation through OEM and internal contacts.
  • Represent WWT at key networking events to build connections and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Based in London and able to work onsite three days per week.
  • Proven framework for establishing and growing client relationships, ideally with existing connections to FTSE100 companies.
  • Strong sales experience, including a track record of closing deals that deliver significant value.
  • Expertise in negotiating complex contractual arrangements.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills suited for C-level engagement.
  • Experience in the information technology market, selling solutions and managing accounts in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build executive relationships and consistently close deals.
