The Role
As a member of the Client Product Management team, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues to manage relationships with vendor category managers and account managers, as well as directly engage with top customers. You will serve as the primary contact within Westcoast for the Client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, possess a positive attitude, be proactive, ambitious, and detail-oriented. You will instil confidence in both customers and internal sales teams regarding the positioning of Client solutions. Becoming a resident expert on the portfolio, you will understand and communicate the features and benefits to both resellers and end users.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships internally and externally, including with key resellers, to effectively deliver growth plans.
Manage the forecasting and planning of stock profiles, business plans, and customer commercials.
Support Westcoast sales teams as a product overlay.
Regularly engage with vendor contacts and actively promote vendor priorities.
Maintain and develop go-to-market tools.
Proactively drive Client sales and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective channel promotion.
Serve as the product expert on the portfolio and train Westcoast sales teams to be self-sufficient where possible.
Attend relevant vendor training or events.

Previous experience in sales or product management.
Experience working within the IT channel (desirable).
Proactive account management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Experience conducting client visits (desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A disciplined and strong work ethic.
Beneficial computing knowledge.
Confident decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email packages.
