Clinic Manager

Laser Clinics is the UK’s leading provider of high-quality aesthetic treatments.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Clinic Manager in Basingstoke to lead the team to success. This position is on a 6 month maternity cover basis.

The Position:

As Clinic Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership to a team of 5 therapists in a fast-paced Basingstoke clinic. You will lead this team to provide the best quality aesthetic treatments, exceed targets and ensure the superior Laser Clinics customer service standard is delivered every day.

You are as passionate about beauty as we are and will provide hands-on treatments as well as fulfilling management responsibilities that will include overseeing clinic recruitment and training, rostering, target setting and day-to-day clinic management.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a successful Clinic Manager
• Qualifications in Beauty Therapy NVQ 4 (Preferred)
• Level 3 Beauty Therapy (Required)
• Dynamic management, leadership and coaching skills to lead a team to success
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive culture
• Operational experience with rotas, recruitment, performance management and day to day oversight of an aesthetic clinic
• Advanced laser and skin treatments experience
