Clinic Manager

The Role You Could Play

As Clinic Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership to a team of therapists. You will lead this team to provide the best quality aesthetic treatments, exceed targets and ensure the superior Laser Clinics customer service standard is delivered every day.

You are as passionate about beauty as we are and will provide hands-on treatments as well as fulfilling management responsibilities that will include overseeing clinic recruitment and training, rostering, target setting and day-to-day clinic management.

What you will bring:

Our ideal candidate will have:

· Level 3 in Beauty Therapy

· Level 4 in Laser and Light Treatments, preferred

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Availability to work evenings and weekends
