Reports To: Commercial Finance Director

The Role

The Havas Media Commercial team is looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Analyst to support the commercial team across all media agencies within the network. The role will be key in providing support to financial decisions across the organisation and improve planning and business intelligence processes/software on an on-going basis. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in commercial environment with agency experience.

Responsibilities

Consolidation

• Month end consolidation of P&L’s and management report
• Forecast and budget consolidation of agency P&L’s
• Graphs and analysis for group reporting
• External reporting – school report, recma, TRR,
• Comp analysis across all agencies.
  
  

Development

• Overall Dashboard Responsibility – for growth, design, maintenance, and engagement
• Client Profitability Reporting – implement across agencies who have time reporting.
  
  

Overflow

• M&A
• New Business Support
• Team Support – help cover for holidays, workload.
  
  

Skills

Strong business analytics skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Self-motivated

Advanced Excel skills

Accountancy qualification

Previous experience in agency.
