Commercial Finance Manager

JSS are delighted to be partnering a leading, employer of choice based in Watford, Hertfordshire. We are recruiting a newly created Commercial Finance Manager position which be responsible for management and financial reporting, analysis and forecasting. This exciting new role offers scope to shape and develop the role over time, offers career progression and the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the business and externally. This high profile role will have exposure to the Finance Director and Managing Director.

The Role:

The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:

-Perform regular and ad hoc analysis of performance highlighting areas of opportunity and risk

-Preparing, analysing and reporting monthly financial information

-Investigation of variances against budget and forecast

-Business partner internal and external stakeholders

-Review tools to review and track performance and recommend improvements including systemic solutions to support a growing portfolio

-Managing and developing financial systems and accounting policies and the internal control environment

-Preparing audit deliverables for internal and external auditors as required

-Ad hoc duties as required

Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and skillset:

-ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified

-Experience of management and financial reporting

-Experience of commercial analysis and forecasting

-Experience of business partnering with stakeholders across a business

-Experience of Supply Chain would be an advantage

On Offer:

A salary of circa £75-85k, plus bonus, large company benefits, hybrid working and the opportunity to develop and shape this newly created Commercial Finance Manager role over time.
