Job Purpose
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director of Commercial Finance is a key leadership role providing commercial and operational direction to the business while acting as a key influencer in strategic and planning decisions to support OAG’s growth strategy.

Professional qualifications
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or international equivalent) with a Bachelor's Degree
Strong accounting experience necessary, with a detailed knowledge of P&L, Cash Flow and Capex reporting and metrics, in addition to excellent operational and commercial expertise.
Proven track record of leading, managing and coordinating FP&A activities across a complex international group, ideally including experience of fast paced technology / data businesses
Strong leadership skills required and ability to interface, collaborate and influence senior executive management
Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, be proactive and able to deliver within agreed deadlines
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
