Commercial Lawyer - Professional Services Company

We’re working with a professional services company who are looking to bring on a 1-4 PQE commercial lawyer for the next 3-6 months during a busy period.

The role will primarily involve:

• Reviewing, negotiating and amending commercial contracts including agreements for the engagement of services, software licences, MSAs, procurement and supplier agreements
• Engaging with stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and compliance

You’ll ideally have:

• 1-4 years’ PQE
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of contractual law

Starting in February, the role will be hybrid with Tuesdays in the office.
