A well-established regional major loss operation is seeking several commercial major loss adjusters to manage large and complex losses exceeding £100,000

The roles, which are home-based and primarily focused in the Hampshire, Berkshire, and Sussex areas, are part of a recruitment drive for expansion and succession planning

Candidates should ideally be A/FCILA qualified or making significant progress towards this qualification, with preference given to those with experience in handling large losses, although individuals with a strong commercial adjusting background will also be considered

The position offers a basic salary of up to £75,000, along with an outstanding fee-related bonus, car/allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days of holiday.
