What you'll be doing
As a
Commercial Manager, you will be accountable for the following activities;
- You will be an integral part of the project delivery team where they hold key
responsibilities associated with leading the commercial and financial success of each project. - You will be responsible for the financial management and commercial delivery of a project from inception, tendering to, negotiating and agreeing contracts.
- Role is broad and includes anything from risk management to
procurement, contract management, financial reporting and managing the supply chain. - Working on MEP installations within major infrastructure
Who we're looking for
The following qualities/experience are essential:
- A track record of managing and developing a commercial team.
- Be a Chartered Member of the RICS, ICES or CIOB, and a mentor/role model to other commercial staff on their journey to becoming professionally qualified.
- Maintain their Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) - Ability to gain a high-level security clearance.
