- Ensuring financial excellence. You'll oversee precise cost estimations, negotiate contract terms to mitigate risks, and participate in bid decisions to secure high-value projects that align with our growth strategy.
- Championing best practices. You'll conduct regular reviews and audits, monitoring project progress, cost control, and compliance to ensure that we're always on track for success.

You'll Bring… (your Wealth Of Experience & Qualifications)
- Proven expertise. Extensive experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor, ideally in a civil engineering environment, with a strong record of monitoring cost performance and leading commercial teams.
- Technical skills. Advanced knowledge of cost management software, data tools, and a keen understanding of commercial best practices. Familiarity with Lean principles is a bonus!
- Qualifications. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional membership. (RICS or CICES) and CSCS or PTS certification are a plus.
- A Track Record of Success. Demonstrated success in managing project portfolios, building high-performance teams, and achieving stellar outcomes in client satisfaction and dispute resolution
