For success in this role, ideally, you should have experience in Commercial Property work and an understanding of commercial property laws. You must be an excellent communicator, adept at building relationships, and demonstrate clear and concise interactions. Excellent attention to detail is crucial for spotting issues overlooked in contract reviews.
