What’s The Luton programme?

It’s a two-year arts programme in Luton funded through Arts Councils Place Partnerships Fund, Luton Rising and UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

It has three main strands

• Commissioning creative initiatives across all of Luton’s 20 wards
• Developing a resource hub for creatives
• Celebratory events
