Our Consulting service line brings together diverse advisory experts to deliver our six core solutions: business transformation, forensic and investigations services, deal services, restructuring, finance function support, and risk & governance.

We are looking for a Senior Communications Executive to support the development and implementation of our key communication and content strategy and priorities across both Consulting’s internal and external audiences. This individual will help build awareness and brand positioning of Consulting within the firm and across our chosen channels and industries.

It’s an exciting time to join us, as we embark on ambitious growth plans and this role will play a crucial role in building awareness and brand positioning of Consulting within the firm and across our chosen channels and industries.

This individual will work closely with our specialist teams in internal communication, employer brand, digital communications, PR and the wider Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) team to deliver against our Consulting communication strategy.

You'll make an impact by:


  • Ensuring messaging across Consulting and our six solutions is consistent and engaging, using the right communication channels to reach our target audiences to position RSM as a leading Consulting firm
  • Contributing to the planning, development and execution of communication plans across Consulting and our six solutions
  • Writing and editing high-quality content for internal and external channels, including creating content across our six solutions and Consulting
  • Building good relationships with Consulting Strategic Leadership Group (CSLG) to understand and ensure the communication style and messaging has maximum impact based on our strategy and also the external market


What we are looking for:

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:


  • At least 5 years of communication (internal and/or external) experience in corporate, financial or agency businesses
  • Excellent knowledge of both internal and external communication channels, strategy, and best practice
  • Strong/confident communicator, with good influencing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders with strong opinions
  • Campaign delivery experience across a business with a national footprint
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and strong time management skills
