Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage unique communities, including the National Social Value Taskforce (NSVT), SVP Members, SPP Community, and other key networks.
- Own the communications strategy, crafting compelling content that fosters engagement and drives membership growth.
- Plan and execute engaging online and in-person events, including conferences, webinars, and meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to ensure alignment and amplify impact.
- Manage community platforms and leverage tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to optimise outreach.
- Act as the voice of the community, providing feedback to improve products and services.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in community management, with a track record of building communities from scratch.
- Strong marketing and communication skills, including social media and email campaigns.
- Event management expertise to coordinate high-quality events.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and email automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and project management abilities.
- A self-starter with the confidence to own a role and work autonomously.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (start-up or agency experience is a plus).
