Role Overview

As one of our Conference Producers at PNE you'll be responsible for researching, creating and delivering c-suite level conferences within our growing portfolio for events in the UK, Middle East and the US.

What Can You Expect from the Day to Day?

• Conduct thorough market research and stay up to date with trends and key developments in the public sector to ensure the agenda content is relevant, impactful, and commercially viable.
• Source and manage speakers, nurturing relationships to ensure mutual value
• Provide insight and guidance to support marketing content and establish relationships with organisation for successful contra partnerships.
• Oversee the onsite delivery of your events, working with the delivery team to optimise event success
• Produce 6 to 7 in-person events annually
• Monitor and evaluate event success, incorporating speaker and delegate feedback to improve future events

Success Factors

• Experience in commercial conference production
• Proficient in applying your own research into agenda creation
• Comfortable working with high-profile individuals
• Collaborative approach to event delivery
• Confident in public speaking and adept at leading meetings or presentations
• Advanced written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging agendas, copy, and content

Location: Whilst our Head Office is based in Crawley, we also have an office in Hammersmith, London so we are open to applications from either area.
