This is a 12 month fixed term contract to support on an ongoing project.
ASK4’s Connect Delivery Specialist will coordinate and manage the delivery of third-party circuits including Ethernet, Mobile Data, and FTTX to our clients. You will be responsible for owning and developing key relationships with third-party suppliers, ensuring we are always up to date and working in conjunction with our suppliers' processes and working practices.
Working closely with the Jeopardy Manager to overcome delivery challenges, particularly in a new build environment and provide contingency solutions to ensure deadlines are met. Through detailed tracking and reporting co-ordinate order tasks and engineer visits, ensuring key stakeholders are informed of order progress throughout the order journey.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate and deliver third-party connectivity orders to meet deadlines. Including liaising with third-party connectivity and service providers to track orders and manage anomalies.
- Manage internal escalations, supplier escalations and 3rd party connectivity capacity.
- Manage and deliver non-standard orders.
- Contingency planning and delivery.
- Attend regular supplier meetings to build and maintain effective relationships this includes travel to attend sites and surveys.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and genuine engagement.
- Work with the enable team to deliver internal and external components and solutions.
- Track the status of orders and solution components and provide timely, accurate updates on their status to deliver weekly and monthly reports.
- Collect and maintain data ensuring it is accurate and up to date and produce KPI reports for the department.

- Have flexibility to accommodate peaks in workload and be able to work to tight deadlines.
- Having an IT-related qualification or experience is beneficial and an interest in all things IT/internet would be a bonus!
- Fluency in a second language is a bonus! (We work in 13 European countries)
