About The Role
Cala Homes (North) are looking for a Construction Graduate Apprentice to join our team based in Aberdeen.
Our Construction teams are responsible for the safe delivery of homes to our customers. This team pays attention to Health, Safety & Environmental matters, Programme Attainment, Product Quality, Cost Management, Contractor and Supplier liaison, with ultimately a strong customer focus. The Construction team in the North works closely with our Commercial, Technical, Sales, and Customer Service colleagues to ensure a team approach. Your key responsibilities are therefore as follows:
In this role, you will additionally spend 4 years studying towards achieving a BSc (Hons) in the Built Environment at Robert Gordon University. You will be required to attend university 1 day per week, whilst also being a key member of the Cala team. Attendance at University classes is mandatory either online or in person and must be treated in the same way as any other working day.
Alongside studying for your degree, you will receive on-the-job training and be given learning opportunities to develop your core skills and help set you up for success. You will also have support from the wider business and peers.

You will have achieved, or be on track to achieve the following qualifications in advance of August 2024:
Advanced entry may be possible if the candidate possesses more advanced prior learning or experience.
