• Helping our client maximize their use of the Braze platform to deliver effective, personalized customer engagement strategies
• Platform implementation and configuration, campaign and journey design as well as bringing best practices into the project from previous Braze engagements

• Extensive experience in Braze/ Tealium as a Consultant 
• Braze Platform Expertise (Campaign Management and Canvas, Segmentation and Targeting, Personalization with Liquid)
• API and Integration Knowledge (Braze APIs and Webhooks, SDK Implementation)
• Data Management and Troubleshooting (Event Tracking and Data Flows, Debugging and QA, Analytics and Reporting)
• Third-Party Tool Integration (Tealium)
• Tealium Functionality and Processes (Visitor Stitching, Audiences)
