Role Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking a proactive and experienced Content Marketing Manager to drive our content-focused marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to craft impactful content that engages diverse audiences and supports our business goals. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and partners to create, repurpose, and optimise content for various channels while maintaining brand consistency.

As the Content Marketing Manager, you will also play a pivotal role in supporting our channel marketing strategy by developing content for partners and ensuring campaigns are effectively adapted for their use. Additionally, you will manage our social media strategy and webinars to further amplify our brand and reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Development: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Partner Content Creation: Develop co-branded materials, sales enablement content, and joint campaign assets tailored for channel partners. Repurpose existing campaigns for partner use, ensuring ease of adoption and maximum impact.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and manage engaging content campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, social media, blogs, and paid channels.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a robust social media plan to grow audience engagement and drive brand visibility across platforms. Monitor performance and optimise for continuous improvement.
  • Webinars & Virtual Events: Lead the planning and execution of webinars, including content creation, promotion, and post-event follow-ups to generate and nurture leads.
  • SEO & Website Management: Optimise website content for search engines, ensuring high visibility and alignment with user intent. Manage regular website updates and maintenance.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support retention efforts.
  • Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Salesforce to manage campaigns, track leads, and measure ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to assess the performance of content, social media, and webinars, recommending actionable strategies for optimisation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of content.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand voice across all content to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative.
  • Event Support: Support the planning and execution of in-person tradeshows, events and roundtables.
  • Design support: Small design requirements, such as social graphics and banners.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Skills/Experience:

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B software or SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Expertise in planning and executing webinars, including content creation and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency with website CMS, marketing automation platforms and CRMs, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.

Desirable

  • Demonstrated success in creating partner-focused content and repurposing campaigns for channel use.
  • Experience with ABM strategies and channel marketing.
  • Knowledge of Fintech or CcaaS industries, including trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud including Premier Pro
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush/Ahrefs or Yoast SEO for content optimisation and back links analysis

Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of content marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and social media engagement tactics.
