Role Overview
We’re looking for a content pro to join our growing marketing team. We’re looking for a creative, results-driven individual who isn’t afraid to push boundaries to ensure Vorboss stands out in the market.
In this role, you will work closely with the broader marketing and commercial team to deliver engaging, compelling, brand-appropriate content across various channels and formats.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen understanding of the B2B landscape, and the ability to drive content and social media strategies that create memorable experiences, increase awareness and inspire action.
Key Responsibilities

- We want someone with fresh ideas who is unafraid to try new things to get results. You’ll be accountable for:
- Creating and implementing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand tone of voice.
- Producing high-quality, engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, case studies, infographics, videos, and more.
- Owning and executing Social Media Strategy (primarily LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimised for SEO, user experience, and the target audience.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to align content efforts with PPC, SEO and wider marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute distribution plans to maximise the reach and impact of content across various channels, including the company website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and third-party publications.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimise strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Foster a deep understanding of our target audience, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points to create content that resonates, drives engagement and inspires action.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to distribute content and engage with the B2B audience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather information, insights, and approvals for content initiatives.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content and social marketing best practices.
The Right Candidate
- 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant B2B marketing role
- A creative, original thinker with a passion for storytelling
- Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to thoroughly review and create content based on quality, platform fit, and brand and audience alignment.
- Ability to build strong relationships across internal departments and external partners and manage a complex network of stakeholders.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to set and achieve goals whilst managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate complex and changing environments.
- Experience with platforms WebFlow & HubSpot is beneficial but not essential.
- Knowledge of front-end development of landing pages and email templates, are beneficial but not essential.
