About The Role

A career in the People Function will provide you with the opportunity to work in partnership with business leadership and key stakeholders to develop, drive and execute the people strategy, to continuously enhance the employee experience and business performance.

Continuous Improvement is an insights led multi-skilled team within the People Function who work collaboratively to support, innovate & identify opportunities for refinement to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Function and operationalise the delivery of our strategic priorities.

You will support the delivery of people related activities and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to operationalise our employee processes and policies utilising data, insights and new technologies.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Working closely with stakeholders across the People Function to support the operationalisation of cyclical people related activity, including (but not limited to) Performance, Talent,& Reward
• Manage a portfolio of ER cases, which may include Performance Improvement Plans (PIP’s) with scope to support the wider team with Exam Dismissal meetings, Heath & Wellbeing cases etc.
• Deliver process improvement relating to People processes
• Continuously improve the information (relating to People processes and policies) that PwC staff can access via knowledge articles within Solutions Hub
• Effectively support and manage people related projects
• Deliver effective reporting and insights across a wide range of people data

• Ability to analyse and draw insights from multiple data sets
• Case management experience
• Understanding of HR processes
• High quality and timely delivery of service
• Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to adapt and work in an agile environment
• Experience of supporting project led activity
• Innovative and creative in approaching new challenges
