About the Role


As a Contracts & Compliance Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our Commercial Team throughout the sales and service delivery process. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing NDAs, SLAs, MSAs, client proposals, and contracts, ensuring these documents meet legal standards and protect the interests of both HSJ Information Ltd and our clients. You will also manage compliance, monitor data usage, assist with GDPR queries, and coordinate supplier onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support the Commercial Team with the production of proposals, NDAs, SLAs, and MSAs, ensuring all documents meet company standards and UK law.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, maintaining a library of up-to-date standard templates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ legal queries, joining client calls as needed.
  • Ensure internal approval processes are followed and kept up to date.
  • Monitor compliance with licensing terms and address breaches or misuse of data.
  • Liaise with the Data Protection Officer on GDPR-related queries and FOI requests.
  • Complete due diligence forms and manage the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring ISO compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and management systems, meeting all reporting requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Jira (or similar ticketing system).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • A confident and professional manner when dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
