Department Overview
Our Finance Teams: Our Finance team has a large part to play in the success of our business. We are based across a few locations, but operate as one team, and work together to create a positive, productive and highly efficient finance department within News UK.
The Team: The Expenses and Contributions team are a very busy team who are responsible for the payment of all lineage and pictures which appear in print and online for all publications covering the UK, Ireland and Sun.com in the US. Main focus for this role is ensuring accuracy when allocating lineage and picture payments and dealing with queries with the Business and Contributors concisely and professionally. This is a very busy role and requires someone who is personable and used to working in a fast paced environment, who has strong prioritisation and leadership skills. The team are an enthusiastic, motivated and collaborative group of people, sociable with a strong team spirit.

We offer a flexible working arrangement where employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days per week. For the remaining two days, there is the option to work remotely if desired.
