Are you a highly motivated, skilled and experienced Built Environment Facilities Manager with excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills?

An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Facilities Manager (Hard FM) to join our FM Service.

Required to lead and directly manage the Facilities Management (FM) operational service and teams, comprising surveying, maintenance and engineering, statutory compliance and property records. Ensuring processes are appropriate and adhered to, achieving compliance with health and safety legislation across all of our buildings and assets, including the foreshore. Achieving delivery of corporate and service level targets, including contracts and budget management. Monitoring systems and performance across the service.
