Job Summary
Altus Group are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Corporate Client Success team in Manchester. In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of high-profile key commercial property clients. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our key clients, providing regular updates on their property portfolio along with securing additional sites, contract renewals and identifying Cross Sell opportunities for other business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Pro-actively manage relationships of corporate commercial clients who have high worth property portfolios, delivering an outstanding service and building strong relationships.
- Managing client expectations to ensure they understand processes and timescales.
- Ensure that Altus Group have collected all of the required documentation about clients to successfully deliver a full service and maintain accurate records.
- To manage processes and work with other departments to ensure we deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Actively seek opportunities of growth through additional sites.
- Securing long term relationships through renewals
- Identifying opportunities to Cross Sell other Altus services that meet the clients’ requirements.
- Provide quarterly updates to the client.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to identify opportunities to improve our service offering, ensuring that we maximise revenue and client savings.
Key Qualifications
- A self-motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering results in the corporate environment.
- Experience working in an account management role communicating in a B2B environment or working in a customer facing role within the key/corporate client base.
- A passion for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Successful in identifying/generating leads for new business opportunities.
- Demonstrable track record of resolving complex client issues and objection handling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- An understanding of the Business Rates Industry is preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided
