Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Development Manager. The Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing corporate strategies, financial modeling, conducting due diligence, and driving corporate development initiatives within the organization.

• Corporate Development and Finance skills
• Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling expertise
• Experience in conducting Due Diligence
• Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is essential.
• Work experience in both the private hospital and NHS sector is a plus.
