Corporate Finance Director

We are working closely with an M&A boutique and debt advisory consultancy known for its unique and creative approach to dealmaking. The firm is 100% employee-owned, which fosters a strong commitment to the company's future and its clients. They are now on the hunt for an experienced Director to come in to help continue generating fees and building the company's pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience from a Big 4 firm, specializing in Transaction Services and pure Financial Due Diligence A strong focus on Private Equity is preferred but they are sector agnostic with what they cover. We are also open to candidates with experience in Mergers and Acquisitions but have to be strong numerically.
