About Us:

As one of our key target markets, France offers significant opportunities for growth, and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic France Country Manager to lead our expansion efforts.
This is a strategic leadership role that will involve strengthening existing partnerships, acquiring new partners, and driving initiatives to enhance Lumon’s presence and reputation in the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth in France.
- Identify and secure new partnerships with real estate agencies and other key stakeholders.
- Deepen relationships with existing partners to maximize collaboration and revenue opportunities.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve Lumon’s market positioning and visibility within the French real estate sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with Lumon’s global strategy and compliance with local regulations.
- Represent Lumon at industry events, meetings, and conferences to build the company’s profile.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Lumon’s operations in France.
About You:
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership, ideally within the real estate or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of the French market, including industry trends and key players.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage and inspire partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both French and English.
- Ability to think strategically while executing effectively on operational tasks.
