Role:C#/.Net Developer

Location: Belfast or London

Onsite Presence: Hybrid working / 3 days in-office in Belfast or London

Industry: Financial Services

Start Date: Early January 2025

End Date: 6 month contract (likely extensions - 3 year programme of work)

We are looking for .Net/C# software engineers in London and Belfast to work with our clients Market Technology organisation, tasked with building and supporting platforms across front to back trade lifecycle.. As a software engineer, you will collaborate with front office, operations, Product Owner team, and development team members to provide solutions that improve efficiency and enable business expansion.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong development Experience in C# / other .Net languages
• Strong understanding of object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability and concurrent programming
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft .net C#.net develop windows services and class libraries
• Experience in working on any OS (Unix, Linux, Win)
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL programming using leading database platforms.
  
  

Beneficial Skills & Experience

• Worked on source code management tools such as SVN, GIT, Bit Bucket Experience with SDLC methodologies
• Experience on build Tools Maven, Ant and other SDLC tools such as Sonar and Jenkins is good to have
• Experience in Financial industry i.e. Payment, Receivables, and Wholesale Banking in particular k nowledge of Equity Derivatives/Cash Equities products & product lifecycle.
