About the Role:
As a Creative Specialist – Conceptualisation & Video Editing, you will lead the development of creative concepts and visual assets for Joblogic’s marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution. Working closely with the marketing team, you will create innovative and impactful content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
This role requires a combination of strategic creative thinking and hands-on expertise in video editing and motion graphics to ensure Joblogic stands out in the competitive SaaS and B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand branding guidelines, campaign goals, and target audiences.
- Conceptualise and lead the development of creative ideas and key visuals for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
- Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for a variety of platforms, including:
- Product demos
- Customer testimonials
- Social media content (stories, reels, ads)
- Paid social and display campaign videos (both static and dynamic)
- Develop visual storytelling strategies using mood boards, storyboards, and creative mockups.
- Partner with graphic designers to oversee the execution of creative concepts into final deliverables, such as:
- Website banners and landing pages
- Email marketing templates
- Infographics and presentations
- Add motion graphics and animations to enhance visual content and boost engagement.
- Ensure all assets maintain brand consistency and meet high-quality standards in terms of design, storytelling, and technical execution.
- Stay updated on creative trends, tools, and techniques to deliver innovative outputs.
- Revise and refine designs and videos based on feedback.
- Maintain an organised library of creative and video assets for team use.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a creative role focusing on campaign conceptualisation and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts and video content.
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Proficiency in motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creative ideation and asset creation.
- Exceptional understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand identity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across teams and present ideas.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a creative direction role, ideally within ad agencies or SaaS/B2B industries.
- Knowledge of digital and performance marketing principles.
- Experience with 3D design and animation tools.
- Basic photography or videography skills.
