Your mission:
As the CRM Functional Consultant you will analyse customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical and functional specifications that align business needs with IT development.
Leveraging your expertise in business analysis and AI data models, you will identify and implement cutting-edge solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to optimize functionality, enhance error detection, and drive business efficiency for the Epson sales team. Through detailed business analysis, you will implement best-practice solutions to meet business objectives.
Additionally, provide proactive technical and functional support to CRM users, managing their requests effectively to maximize platform performance and user satisfaction.
Given the importance of adaptability of modern living, this position offers three days of remote work per week.
