The role:

This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will support the ongoing growth of Hussle within the UK employee benefit space and will be part of our growing B2B marketing team. You will be responsible for personalised marketing strategies in support of both new business lead qualification and existing account activation campaigns.


We are looking for a technically skilled and analytical marketing professional with a thorough knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) who can deliver data-driven campaigns segmented to key audience groupings.


The main objectives of the role will be to help nurture top of funnel leads and re-engage previously lost opportunities to become marketing qualified leads.


To achieve this the successful candidate will be expected to define and develop sophisticated lead scoring systems and assignment workflows. The role will also support our account onboarding team in marketing the Hussle benefit to employees, and engaging existing accounts across our corporate and commercial teams to support with retention.


We’ll be looking for someone with a proven background in marketing automation who can elevate the performance and visual appeal of our current CRM campaigns, with a tremendous attention to detail to ensure for correct data handling and GDPR compliance.


The successful candidate will also hold the development skills required to build HTML email content, landing pages and customised form handlers for deployment on our website.


What it involves:

  • Develop and plan CRM marketing campaigns spanning lead nurture and existing account engagement
  • Craft visually appealing email content, campaign landing pages and HTML web forms
  • Effectively segment our marketing database to run targeted campaigns spanning different audience groups
  • Support the overall B2B Marketing function in developing Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Work with the Business Development team to gain feedback on assigned leads, enabling better optimisation of future campaigns
  • Evaluate and report back on campaign performance, and assist other departments in using CRM tools as required


Who you are:

  • You have at least 3-years’ experience within CRM Marketing
  • Experience in using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • HTML email, landing page, and web form development capabilities
  • Experience in creating B2B lead nurture campaigns and scoring systems
  • An understanding and interest of HR, workplace wellbeing, and the employee benefits sector
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to build customised reports and dashboards to convert data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent organisational skills including multitasking, time management and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
  • The ability to feed in new ideas within marketing strategies and wider team meetings
  • Comfortable working remotely to begin with and then on a hybrid basis from c.April-25 onwards with 2-3 days per week in central London - exact location TBC
  • Experience or interest in the health and fitness industry on a professional or personal level (desirable)

 

What we can offer you:

  • A salary of between £40,000 and £45,000 pa dependent upon experience
