Culture Development Programme Coach ( CDP) to work with
Transportation on
the fabulous TRU project in Leeds

A day in the life of a Murphy CDP Coach
- Principles across all work sectors. Helping maintain our culture where our people feel able to fully demonstrate their capabilities.
- Promote, especially through site support, presentations and other events best practice in the area of CDP with all Alliance staff, contractors, supply chain and clients.
- Provide appropriate feedback for the CDP to all sites
- Promote better choices around our Principles, Values and SHES using the Mental Tools (Alpha, Habits, TVR, PRP and Communication) regularly
- Deliver CDP Core events and Alliance specific engagement and champion our Culture Development Programme within the supply chain and Clients
- Deliver all aspects of our CDP toolkit in order to support projects correctly
- Assist in developing CDP promotional literature and lesson plan content
- Attend specified/regular CDP meetings with other members of the coaching team and share learning across all sectors
- Provide regular feedback to the SHES Lead detailing current progress; initiatives; positive results, support required and areas of improvement
- As appropriate, attend Senior Management meetings on a quarterly/specified basis to feedback on any CDP messages or issues
- Promote and support the CDP Influencers, offer mentor with them where required, share business information, and support them in influencing the culture on their site
- Assist the business functions in the alignment of the CDP to specific initiatives/messages to target areas for improvement.

- Available to travel within the UK and stay away and a full driving license is essential
- Relevant construction site-based experience, ideally in rail but not essential
- Have attended the CDP Hub day or something equivalent
- Experience of presenting/delivering to external clients along with communication skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and advise impacts/opportunities
- Proven experience of JMS Culture Development Programme or equivalent culture change Programmes
