Schedule: Monday - Friday from 08:30 - 17:00 (no weekends, evenings or bank holidays)

Job Purpose
The role of
Customer Retentions Advisor is important to us. You will be responsible for understanding why customers are looking to close their accounts and offer a suitable resolution to retain their business with us.
We would love to welcome you to our brand-new Arden Square building for the days you are in the office. You’ll report into Becky Taylor, Customer Retentions Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be…
- First point of contact for customer cancellation requests over the phone and email.
- Review customer cancellations to determine the root cause.
- Retain existing customers through investigation, problem solving and resolution of queries.
- Build good relationships with internal stakeholders including customer service, tech support and installations.
What do we expect of you?
- Good customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, capable of working on own initiative.
- Good organisational skills.
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- High functioning in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a customer service/retention role (desired but not essential).
