Customer Service Assistants - Front of House & Bar

Salary: £24,346 (pro-rata for part time)

Are you looking for a fun and flexible way to work alongside your studies or as a second job? Want to gain experience in some of Edinburgh's most iconic venues? We're hiring Customer Service Assistants for our Front of House and Bar team!
You'll work with a diverse and friendly team of colleagues while being part of live music, comedy shows, conferences, weddings, drinks receptions, and even festival events. No two shifts are ever the same!

What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests and provide top-tier customer service.
- Serve tea/coffee and beverages in our bars, café areas, and event spaces.
- Ensure public areas are clean, tidy, and ready for action.
- Play a key role in safety and security during events.
- Help deliver unforgettable experiences for all our visitors.

Note: This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours. Shift availability includes evenings and weekends.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
