Job Description

Customer Service Officer Role & Responsibilities

• Handling a consistent volume of calls, emails and chats in an efficient and professional manner
• Deliver excellent service in consulting solutions and improve customers’ satisfaction level
• Provide proactive follow up and quality services
• Work closely with internal parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
• Support special, ad hoc projects to ensure the whole team runs smoothly
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

Customer Service Officer Requirements & Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or above with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English
• Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with strong team spirit
• Excellent service manner, responsible, punctual, self-motivated, positive thinking and willing to work under pressure
• Shift duty is required, 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday
