We are looking for Customer supply representative to join our Supply Chain team for our UK & Ireland bioMerieux customers. This role will be mainly based in our office in Basingstoke with the option of working from home for 2 days a week. This role reports to the Customer Supply & Install Base Manager and works with 3 other Customer supply representatives to ensure sales administration activities are delivered ensuring customer satisfaction.

What will be your responsibilities at bioMerieux?

Your main commitment will be to ensure customer satisfaction related to sales orders and customer support activities. You will handle sales orders and customer master data in SAP in compliance with regulations and rules, including co-ordination of prices in the system. You will also ensure a great customer relationship in regards to order relation queries and help monitor the on time and in full order delivery creation and backorders in co-ordination with other supply chain members. You will also manage the non technical complaints in co-ordination with other supply chain members and co-ordinate customer returns and credit notes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role demonstrating an ability to work under customer pressure and remain customer and business oriented. You will have excellent time and priority management and be able to adapt. bioMerieux is looking for collaborative people who are able and keen to work within a team with strong proactive communication skills with an action and driven to deliver mindset.

Knowledge of SAP/ EDI is required.
