As a Cyber Security Operations Analyst Tier 2 you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable role responsible for investigating, analysing and managing security incidents and attacks aimed at Post Office from detection through to remediation. This role will report into the Head of Incident Response.

What you’ll need to succeed

As an experienced Cyber Analyst with a background within Incident Management, SecOps or IT Security you will have exposure of mitigating cyber security incidents. In addition, you will have:

• Experience and maintenance of the Incident Management & Response playbooks
• Experience of cybersecurity controls and mitigation actions
• Experience of reviewing SIEM alerts and responding to them appropriately
• Proven experience of Splunk or Sentinel
• Experience with EDR systems such as Defender or Symantec alerts
• SC-200 or comparable level of knowledge
• BLTL1
• AZ-900
• CompTIA Security+
