Summary:

This is an integral role within the Central Operations team supporting a variety of projects and ‘business as usual’ workstreams, responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data to help the organisation make informed business decisions. 

Due to the nature of the work, the individual will need to collaborate with other areas of the business such as LOBs, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit to understand their data needs, creating reports, and providing insights based on data analysis.

Needs great attention to detail and the ability to visualize the bigger picture. Must be comfortable presenting recommendations to stakeholders and project teams, clearly articulating findings and recommendations.
The Role:

• Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Data Processing: Clean and organize data for analysis, using tools and techniques to handle large datasets.
• Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Reporting: Create detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work with different functions to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to improve processes.
