Job Description: Data Engineer with Expertise in Power BI and Azure Databricks

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Data Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least **5 years in data engineering** and a minimum of **3 years specializing in Power BI and Azure Databricks**. This role requires expertise in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade data, analytics, and AI solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Data Pipelines:** Build and optimize data pipelines to support advanced analytics and AI solutions using **Azure Databricks
• Data Integration: Connect diverse data sources into a unified platform, ensuring seamless data flow for processing, storage, analysis, and modeling.
• Power BI Development: Design and implement Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver actionable insights.
• Solution Deployment: Deploy enterprise-grade data solutions at scale, ensuring robustness, security, and accessibility for diverse business stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure data solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Monetizing Data Assets:Enable the organization to derive value from datasets by creating models and systems to share, analyze, and monetize data.
• Performance Optimization:Ensure high performance and scalability of data solutions to support evolving business needs.
  
  

Key Skills And Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum **5 years** of experience as a Data Engineer.
• At least **3 years** of hands-on experience with **Power BI** and **Azure Databricks**.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in **Azure Databricks** for data integration, processing, and modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of **Power BI**, including report creation, DAX, and Power Query.
• Expertise in connecting, transforming, and processing data from various sources.
• Experience in building and managing data lakes, data warehouses, or similar architectures.
• Familiarity with other Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Storage.
• Strong programming skills in **Python**, **Scala**, or **SQL**.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex data-related issues quickly.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in deploying AI models and advanced analytics solutions.
• Certifications in **Azure Data Engineer Associate** or **Power BI** preferred.
