The Quilter Privacy Office is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of data protection law are met by the organisations. This role will support the existing team to deliver the data subjects' rights that are granted in UK and EU data protection law.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Management of work queues across the team;
- Focussing on the management and delivery of Data Subjects’ Access Requests (DSARs) for clients and advisers:
- Assisting with the administration and fulfilment of DSAR cases, working with the team to record cases in our OneTrust system, perform any identity checks required and allocating cases amongst the team;
- Performing the search and retrieval of personal data relating to the requestor across all Quilter entities;
- Reviewing and redacting cases in accordance with standards and regulatory guidance;
- Managing assignment of new DSARs and balancing workloads of team;
- Ensuring that deadlines are met; and
- Communicating with the requestor to clarify requirements as required.
About You
The successful candidate:
- Experience of working with DSARs, preferably in financial services organisations
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data manipulation techniques would be beneficial
- High energy and drive and be delivery focused, and the ability to work well on your own or within a team.
