With Intelligence is a data information business specialising in the asset management sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate data pertaining to institutional investors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, in addition to strong analytic and communication skills, as well as being organised, motivated and driven. This role is based in Cardiff and pays a basic of £24,000 along with a discretionary bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Using a variety of online and public sources to identify relevant sources of information and leads
- Reviewing financial documents and identifying relevant investment data
- Forming relationships with investors to obtain proprietary data
- Creating standardised data and inputting it into the database
- Identifying new sources of data through the development and maintenance of key contact relationships, via both telephone and email
- Be responsible for the acquisition of data and the development of this in line with business requirements and priorities
- Manage the process of quality checking, reporting and improvement ensuring the quality and performance of data
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, as well as logical and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with spreadsheets, databases and MS Office
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Previous experience in data analysis, data research, or related role desirable
