About The Role
As we’ve expanded and grown, we’ve identified the need for dedicated, experienced Deputy Managers.
You’ll be supporting the Registered Managers oversee their allocated services and working closely alongside the Support Teams to provide care and support to our service users, setting exemplary standards of care and helping to drive our Core Values – Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
To help achieve this, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, drafting rosters, maintaining and monitoring paperwork ready for audit and playing a key role in the review and drafting of support plans, risk assessments and other key service user documents.
You’ll also be assisting in the line management of Support Workers and other team members who provide care to supported individuals, including conducting supervisions, return to works, and light investigatory duties.

About You
Ideally, you’ll already be qualified to the QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum, with a possibility or ability to work towards the Level 5 and have high levels of experience working within the care sector, preferably within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Challenging Behaviour.
You’ll need to be a confident communicator, able to lead and motivate your team and show flexibility and creativity in the way you approach things. Every one of our Service Users is Unique, and we aim to make every day Special. It’s our company motto, and something we all believe in.
