Wickes is a digitally led, service enabled business and we’re looking for a Digital Analytics & Insight Manager to join the team and help us lead in this journey. You’ll be a digital insight expert, passionate about using data which leads to great insight and delivers actionable recommendations. We’re looking for someone who can engage all levels of the business, create, present and articulate business changing insight which influences strategic decisions and can bring to life digital and customer data reporting to help the team track and measure performance. A confident communicator, collaborative team player, data evangelist, who is looking to work with a great team would be very welcome.
As Digital Analytics & Insight Manager you’ll sit within the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Team and be responsible for managing customer analytics and data insight as part of the Digital business. The role will require cross functional working with other teams in Digital, including Trading, Digital Marketing, CRM, Digital Experience and Development teams, while working with other stakeholders in our Marketing and Commercial departments to support their data and analytics needs.
