Join the Close Brothers Saving team where you will support the Senior Propositions Manager. The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for driving forward strategic and operational initiatives that enhance our digital channels.
Our ideal team member will have a passion for delivering seamless digital customer journeys, producing engaging marketing initiatives, and collaboration, combined with the ability to adapt to changing business and industry needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and administer marketing owned documentation, ensuring all collateral is compliant and in line with brand guidelines.
- Devise and deliver SEO and accessibility improvements to the website.
- Produce, validate and submit marketing departmental statistics.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns and product launches in B2B and B2C markets, including copywriting, designing engaging and effective communications, and delivery of end-to-end user analytics.
- Regularly audit customer facing digital marketing channels; conducting related competitor analysis and proactively recommend improvements.
- Drive actionable insights through customer and market research initiatives using product media coverage, survey responses, digital experience and website analytical tools.
- Perform day to day editing and content updates to the Savings website. Collaborating with external web agency to support functional development of the sites, optimise the customer journey and drive improvement in user experience.
- Develop and maintain our desired social presence on LinkedIn.
- Support in the delivery of projects to improve the experience for our customers.
- Strive to embed our customer commitment principles into all activities, acting as a champion to other teams.
- Manage the continuous development and day to day running of our website, including building, and maintaining relationships with DCX and internal stakeholders
- Management of the website budget, ensuring spend is justified and in line with the yearly proposal. Regularly report on performance to the wider business.
- Deliver on commercial goals by completing rate changes and providing insight into
- Ensure the Propositions sign off process for all Savings collateral items adhere to the FCA/PRA and Financial Promotions guidelines and align to Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk. Oversee Financial Promotions Approval archive and register.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by our regulatory bodies are carried out to the expected standards.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF HAVE:
- At least 2+ years previous experience in digital marketing
- Digital literacy with an inquisitive nature for latest digital trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and pride in creating engaging marketing material
- The ability to be flexible with a customer-centric approach to all daily tasks
- Proven ability to interact and manage stakeholders of varying levels
- Experience in using website Content Management Systems (CMS)
- The ability to demonstrate organisational skills with a good work ethic
- Years of experience in the use of Microsoft Office
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite capabilities
- Excellent administration skills

- Possess a professional Marketing qualification with Chartered Institute of Marketing (or equivalent)
