Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop KPIs to improve work and processes
- Support Incident Management System (IMS)Schedule safety walks and manage documentation
- Adapt workforce to tasks & ensure employees receive proper training
- Plan daily activities & Optimize workflows
- Continuously improve processes & Handle daily processes and documentation
- Problem-solving abilities
- You will have a proven history from a mechanical, electrical or hydraulics background within a similar industry.
- Highly experienced in processes, documentation, and project work, including turnarounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP)Experience with KPIs
- Relevant work experience
