Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Door Supervisor at Professional Security in Kingston Upon Hull. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, monitoring and controlling access, handling incidents and conflicts, and providing excellent customer service to clients and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
• Experience in security or customer service roles
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor License
• First Aid certification is a plus
• Experience in hospitality or retail sectors is advantageous
