Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to work on our Foundry website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Drupal development and be comfortable working with both backend and frontend technologies. Additionally, you will be working across multiple platforms including HubSpot, Magento, and Salesforce, integrating these systems with our Drupal environment.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimisation of our Drupal-based websites and web applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional web team, including designers, SEO specialists, and business systems experts, to deliver high-performing, user-friendly, and integrated web solutions.

Working in the Foundry Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Web Manager, you will be working as part of a cross-departmental web team, including:
Web Designer & Front-End Developer
Website & SEO Manager
Business Systems Manager
Web Developer
Customer Support Manager
4+ years of experience with Drupal development, preferred Drupal 9/10
Strong PHP programming skills
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
Familiarity with Drupal module development and custom theme creation
Understanding of web accessibility standards
Experience with responsive web design and responsive web design
Experience integrating Drupal with other platforms (HubSpot, Magento, Salesforce) is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience with Drupal migrations (e.g. Drupal 10/11)
Knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js)
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
Experience with performance optimisation for high-traffic websites
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Understanding of e-commerce principles and Magento development
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Develop and maintain end-to-end Drupal-based web applications, leveraging your expertise in both back-end and front-end technologies
Implement new features and functionality across the full stack, from database integration to responsive user interfaces
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that span the entire web application stack
Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest Drupal developments, front-end frameworks, and DevOps tools to continuously improve the technology stack
Take a hands-on, full lifecycle approach to project delivery, from prototyping to deployment and maintenance
Contribute to the team's DevOps practices, including the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and containerisation
Liaise with the Business Systems team to align web capabilities with broader organisational needs
