Major Players have exclusively partnered with a luxury multichannel retailer on the search for a new E-commerce Executive. We are seeking a skilled E-commerce professional with a passion for analytics, a deep understanding of customer experience (CX), and an exceptional eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in content briefing, onsite search optimization, and A/B testing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct daily analysis of website performance and trade metrics using tools like GA4 and Contentsquare to identify conversion challenges and propose actionable improvements.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to enhance website elements, such as landing pages, CTAs, and the checkout process.
- Develop comprehensive content briefs informed by data insights, strategic recommendations, and marketing calendar priorities.
- Optimize the customer journey from email and other channels, focusing on key metrics like GTP (Go-To-Purchase) and ATB (Add-To-Basket) rates.
- Collaborate with the Senior E-Commerce Manager to shape and implement the content and personalization strategy.
- Oversee Shopify product data and themes to ensure they are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Contribute to the digital tech roadmap by identifying key optimizations that boost AOV (Average Order Value) and CVR (Conversion Rate).
- Partner with the in-house tech team to test new features and functionality, always prioritizing seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct weekly site audits across desktop and mobile, reviewing links, visual merchandising, product discovery tools, and user journey pain points.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of experience in an E-commerce role, ideally within a fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Strong understanding of online trading, paired with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
- Essential experience with Shopify Plus; familiarity with GA4 and Contentsquare is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of E-commerce operations, including merchandising, customer journeys, online marketing, and web analytics.
- Strong grasp of how search engines crawl, index, and assess website structures.
- Preferable experience with Algolia or similar search platforms.
- Exceptionally organized with impeccable attention to detail, particularly across copy, content, and visual merchandising.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced changes and respond to trading demands effectively.
